Recipe: Grilled Asian Tuna Salad

During the Eat Fit NOLA Cooking Segment on our October 4th Community Health Heroes Show, we focused on helping people make smarter snack choices when cheering on their favorite team, whether in the Dome or at home.

Joining us in the kitchen was Chef Lenny Martinsen, regional executive chef for Centerplate. In addition to preparing our featured recipe, Chef Lenny also showed us a variety of healthy concession options available at the Louisiana Superdome and the Smoothie King Center, such as Shrimp and Grits (made with cauliflower grits); hearty, lo-cal Buffalo Chicken wraps; and colorful salads. So, the next time you're enjoying the game, reach for something fun and healthy, so you can keep cheering on your team for years to come!

Enjoy!
