Christa introduced us to her El Guapo line of cocktail bitters, syrups and mixers and showed us how to make non-alcoholic Mocktails including a Big Easy Cucumber Cooler that contains non-GMO, gluten free and vegetarian ingredients.

Big Easy Cucumber Cooler
- freshly sliced cucumber
- 1 tbsp El Guapo Cucumber Lavender Bitters
- 2 oz Big Easy Bucha Geaux Green
- club soda
- skewered cucumber, for garnish
In a clean cocktail shaker, muddle two slices of cucumber with 1 tablespoon of El Guapo Cucumber Lavender bitters. add ice, shake & strain into a chilled coupe. Add 2 oz of Big Easy Bucha Geaux Green, and top with club soda. Garnish with a skewered cucumber peel before serving.
